Which bulb do you recommend? +
A warm white (3000K) E12 candelabra-base LED bulb at 4–6W. Frosted or globe-style bulbs are ideal — clear filament bulbs may show too sharply behind the opal glass, and cool-white bulbs fight the warm antique-brass tone. Each head takes one bulb. For dimming, pair a dimmable LED bulb with a TRIAC-compatible wall dimmer.
Will the antique brass develop a deeper patina over time? +
The hand-finished antique brass is sealed and stable under normal indoor conditions, retaining its warm tone with only very subtle deepening over years of use rather than continuing to oxidize.
